Official Membership Rules

1.) No employees, volunteers, or vendors of Punch 4 Parkinson’s are eligible to enter and win.

2.) As a monthly member, your tickets are entered into all eligible drawings, except the Queen of Hearts and Cash giveaways.

3.) When you're subscription renews you get new tickets for eligible drawings, except the Queen of Hearts and Cash giveaways and you're automatically entered for each eligible drawing.

4.) If you pause, skip or cancel your subscription you will no longer be in for the next active giveaway

5.) Winners are responsible for remitting federal income tax and all applicable state taxes on the prizes they have won. There is no requirement to pay taxes upfront in order to collect your prize; you will receive it as per the agreed-upon terms.

6.) If you chargeback you're no longer eligible for any membership 

7.) Your automatically entered for members only drawings

8.) You can Pause, skip, cancel your membership at anytime but there are no refunds if you're already entered for a giveaway through your membership

9.) Membership entries do not carry or rollover

All federal, state and local laws apply. Contest is void where prohibited. All license and registration fees are the sole responsibility of the winner. By claiming any of the prizes, the winner gives consent to the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness for promotional and/or advertising purposes in connection with the contest.
