These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, services, subscriptions, products, promotions, and communications offered by Punch 4 Parkinson’s (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

When you subscribe to any of our memberships, you consent to receiving updates, promotional offers, and notifications. Your membership will remain active until canceled or terminated under these Terms. Certain benefits may only be available to active members.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Donations and purchases are generally non-refundable. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but access and communications may continue until the end of the billing cycle.

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive recurring SMS and/or MMS messages from or on behalf of Punch 4 Parkinson’s related to promotions, updates, giveaways, and other communications.

Important: If you are an active subscriber or member, you may still receive necessary account and promotional communications unless you email us and request to be added to our exclusive Do Not Contact list. We honor these requests within a reasonable period.

All website content, graphics, trademarks, and materials are owned or licensed by Punch4Parkinson’s and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without our written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Punch4Parkinson’s disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or participation in our offerings.
