Digital Ticket Shipping Policy

All tickets sold are digital tickets. No physical tickets will be shipped.

  • Delivery Method: Digital tickets are delivered via email and/or made available on our website under “Check your tickets”
  • Delivery Time: Tickets are emailed the day of drawing
  • No Shipping Fees: Since tickets are digital, there are no shipping or handling charges.
  • Email Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address at checkout. Please check spam or junk folders if tickets are not received.
  • Non-Delivery Issues: If you do not receive your digital tickets, contact our support team before the event so we can assist.
  • No Physical Replacement: Lost or deleted digital tickets can be re-sent upon request.
